100% grass milk is from Michigan Amish farms. This delicious milk is non homogenized, meaning you'll have to 'shake' the jug to reincorporate the cream! The milk is also slowly pasteurized, called low temp. pasteurization. This means that much of the good probiotics have not been killed off. They heat the milk very slowly to 145 degrees F.
Many milk processors go fast and hot, what they call flash pasteurization, getting the milk up to 190 degrees.
So I'm glad the Amish still do things the old fashion way, and you'll be able taste the difference.
